Terms of Service

You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and browsing. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content in a way that harms Ravzelo or other customers.

We aim to show product details, colors, materials, measurements, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, natural materials, production batches, or manual measurement.

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, stock availability, and fraud checks. We may cancel or refuse an order if information appears incorrect, payment cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable, or the order appears suspicious.

Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping rates, and product availability may change without notice. Promotional offers may be limited by time, stock, region, or other conditions shown at checkout or in the promotion details.

Shipping times, delivery estimates, return windows, and refund conditions are explained on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, carrier, customs processing, or peak season volume.

Applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged additional duties upon delivery. In exceptional cases, we may need your cooperation and additional information to complete customs clearance. Ravzelo will cover the applicable customs duties. If you are required to pay duties upfront, please contact customerservice@ravzelo.com and submit proof of payment to request reimbursement of the duties paid.

All Ravzelo names, logos, images, product photography, page designs, copy, and other store content belong to Ravzelo or our content providers. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without permission.

If you need help with an order, product, shipping, return, or website issue, contact customerservice@ravzelo.com. Please include your order number when relevant.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will apply from the date they are published.
