Care Guide

Care for the pieces you carry every day

Ravzelo bags are made to move through daily life. A little routine care helps canvas, woven texture, and leather details stay clean, shaped, and easy to wear.

Canvas

Spot clean gently

  • Use a cold damp cloth and a small amount of mild clear detergent.
  • Work gently on the stained area instead of soaking the whole bag.
  • Keep leather trims as dry as possible while cleaning nearby fabric.
  • Air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry or place near direct heat.
Woven

Keep texture dry

  • Use a soft dry cloth or gentle brush to remove dust from the surface.
  • Avoid soaking woven material, as excess water can soften the structure.
  • Do not overfill the bag. Heavy weight can stretch the weave and handles over time.
  • If it becomes damp, reshape gently and let it dry in open air.
Leather details

Wipe and protect

  • Wipe leather straps and trims with a soft dry cloth after use.
  • Avoid oils, alcohol-based cleaners, bleach, and long exposure to water.
  • For deeper care, use a leather-safe product on leather areas only.
  • Keep leather away from direct heat and strong sunlight when storing.

Daily habits

Small habits keep the shape and texture intact

  • Empty your bag often so dust, crumbs, and small objects do not sit against the lining.
  • Avoid carrying uncapped pens, loose makeup, oils, or liquids without a pouch.
  • Try not to overfill the bag. Too much weight can stretch handles, seams, and woven structure over time.
  • If your bag gets wet, blot gently with a dry cloth and let it air dry naturally.
4

Empty first

Remove loose items, shake out debris, and check pockets before cleaning.

5

Test gently

Before using any cleaner, test a small hidden area and wait for it to dry.

6

Air dry

Let the bag dry naturally in a shaded place. Avoid dryers, radiators, and strong sun.

7

Store shaped

Lightly fill the bag when not in use so it keeps its natural silhouette.

When in doubt

Use less water less heat and less pressure

Natural materials respond best to gentle care. If a stain is difficult, or if leather and fabric meet in the same area, contact customer care before using strong cleaners.
