Orders
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After checkout, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address used for your purchase. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@ravzelo.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us with your order number and the correct address. Once a package is in transit, address changes may no longer be possible.
Will sold-out styles be restocked?
Some Ravzelo pieces may return, while others are produced in smaller batches. Join our email list for restock updates and new arrivals.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over £75 ship free where the free shipping option is available at checkout. Standard shipping applies for orders below this threshold.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to selected regions including the United Kingdom, United States, and supported European destinations shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities. These charges are not controlled by Ravzelo.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition. Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
How do I start a return?
Email customerservice@ravzelo.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return parcel.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next step.

How should I clean a canvas bag?
Spot clean gently with a cold damp cloth and mild clear detergent. Avoid soaking, machine washing, bleach, and high heat.
How should I care for woven texture?
Keep woven bags dry when possible and avoid overloading them. If dust collects on the surface, use a soft dry cloth or a gentle brush.
How should I care for leather details?
Wipe leather details with a soft dry cloth. Avoid long exposure to water, direct sunlight, oils, and alcohol-based cleaners.
How should I store my bag?
Store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To help keep its shape, lightly fill the bag when it is not in use.
Will natural materials look exactly the same?
Slight variations in tone, texture, and weave are normal for natural materials. These details are part of the character of each piece.

Are Ravzelo bags designed for daily use?
Yes. Our bags are designed around simple proportions, practical capacity, and tactile materials that work for commutes, errands, travel, and everyday routines.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the product measurements and compare them with a bag you already use. For daily carry, consider what you usually bring: phone, wallet, keys, cosmetics, tablet, or small personal items.
Why can colors look slightly different online?
Color can vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions. We try to show each piece as naturally and clearly as possible.
