  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Standard delivery generally arrives within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • During new product drops, promotions, or peak seasons, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.
  • Tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order ships.

Free Shipping

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will show the free shipping option during checkout.
  • Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and available carrier options.

Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities.
  • These charges are not included in the product price unless stated at checkout.

Return Policy

Return Window

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

How to Start a Return

  • Email customerservice@ravzelo.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.Please include the reason for your return so our team can review your request.
  • Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the parcel securely.
  • After shipping your return, please provide a valid tracking number or tracking link within 48 hours.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process an exchange or refund according to our return policy.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) return packages. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale, clearance, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds
